Payments for Online Purchases

Payment for your online purchases shall be made via credit card, Paypal or other Company-approved payment method, as specified at the point of payment. By placing an order with us, you agree that we may charge your account the full purchase price, including all fees for shipping and all applicable taxes, immediately or, if you have elected an optional payment plan, in accordance with the payment plan schedule provided at the point of purchase. All prices and other amounts are listed in British Pounds Sterling.

By placing an order with us, you represent and warrant that the credit card or payment account being used is yours, and/or that you are duly authorized to use the account, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Full Frame Coach and each of its officers, directors, employees, contractors, coaches, representatives, agents, successors and assigns (each, a “Company Releasee” and collectively, the “Company Releasees”) from any and all damages or losses of any nature or kind, including attorneys’ fees, that any Company Releasee may incur arising from any breach of or inaccuracy in the foregoing representation and warranty.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, items, and availability of Products available through our Site; however, typographical or clerical errors do occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to revoke any stated price and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit or charge to your account in the amount of the charge. Images of Products on the Sites are for illustrative purposes only; actual Products may differ from such images.

We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product or service delivery. In the event that there is an error in the email confirmation or with course emails (like the spam folder stole it), it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. Truly, please let us know as soon as possible. We never want you to feel like you ordered something and we did not deliver, because that is awful.

Cancellations, Refunds and Programme Rules

Upon placement of your order, you will receive a copy of the contract associated with the programme you’ve purchased. Basic terms and conditions are listed below:

Change Your Lens - 3 working days notice to cancel or reschedule otherwise you will be charged for the appointment. “No shows” will not be reimbursed. No refunds or transfers are available for Change Your Lens.

Private coaching – 3 working days notice to cancel or reschedule otherwise you will be charged for the appointment. “No shows” will not be reimbursed. In the event of early termination, the client will be charged for all sessions, classes or seminars used to that date at the retail price of termination. In addition, there will be an early termination fee of £100.

Rethinking Goals - Appointments cannot be rescheduled as Rethinking Goals is a group coaching programme. Any ‘no shows’ will not be rescheduled or reimbursed. No refunds or transfers are available for Rethinking Goals.

You, In Focus - Appointments cannot be rescheduled as You, In Focus is a group coaching programme. Any ‘no shows’ will not be rescheduled or reimbursed. Full Frame Coach offers a 100% money back guarantee. If the Client doesn’t see a difference in being a women leader by the end of the programme, and they can show Full Frame Coach that they have completed the work as set out through the group coaching programme, Full Frame Coach will refund your payment in full. No transfers are available.

The Unlearning Circle - Appointments cannot be rescheduled as The Unlearning Circle is a group coaching programme. Any ‘no shows’ will not be rescheduled or reimbursed. Full Frame Coach offers a 100% money back guarantee. If the Client doesn’t see a difference in being a women leader by the end of the programme, and they can show Full Frame Coach that they have completed the work as set out through the group coaching programme, Full Frame Coach will refund your payment in full. No transfers are available.
